Fantastic Opportunity to Teach Youth Basketball in China

The USBA and its partner, Douglas Sports, are entering into their fourth year of opening Youth Basketball Academies throughout China. Currently, there are over 20 Academies in more than 12 cities and are expecting to add an additional 12 USBA Academies in China in 2020.

Types of Jobs Available

Coaches will provide on-court skill development for kids ages 6-18 years old. Develop and work with Chinese coaching staff to gain a better understanding of the game as well as teach them to be proficient in the proper skills being taught.

Ideal Candidate

Basketball coaches, basketball managers, players or enthusiastic individuals who have a desire and passion to get into coaching.

Where do Youth Basketball Coaches Work?

Coaches work at new and existing academies throughout China.

Room & Board

Coaches are provided housing at no cost.

Requirements for Coaches

• 4 year College Degree
• At least two years out of school
• 1 Year Commitment
