It has provided help to people in over 60 countries and was the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999. DWB offers assistance to those in need due to the following circumstances:

Working with Doctors Without Borders
Workers with this organization receive a starting salary of $1,404 per month, plus a per diem payment while on assignment. This amount is paid in local currency. The organization provides round-trip transportation to the work area, as well as room and board.

How to Apply for a Job with Doctors Without Borders
Prospective DWB workers can submit an application online. If hired, most workers are asked to commit to a work term of between 9-12 months. All applicants are screened and the organization schedules an interview with the candidates it is interested in hiring.
