Casino Manager Jobs
At the top of the corporate ladder at most places is the casino manager, a position requiring years of administrative experience. Many managers, however, do come up through the ranks, starting first as dealers or pit bosses. The primary responsibility for a casino manager is to ensure the casino games are played in accordance with government regulations; however, managers do have a certain amount of latitude to modify game rules as they see fit, or more importantly, to give the house a better edge. Casino managers, who often are paid a salary in excess of $100,000 a year, oversee all casino floor personnel and handle customer complaints and problems.
