Divisional Clinic Leaders (DCLs)
DCLs are ski instructors who have been actively involved in training other instructors within their own ski schools and have been endorsed by their school to undergo further training pursuant to becoming a roving instructor within the division. To stand in front of other qualified instructors, many of whom you don’t know, and provide meaningful new insights into teaching methodology or tips to improve their skills takes plenty of self confidence and superior skiing and communication skills. DCLs are assigned by the divisional office to help staff regional symposia, clinics, and camps.
