Music Festivals Have Excellent Talent Every Year

When Bumbershoot, began in 1971, it was known as the Seattle Arts Festival. The festival has since maintained its nod toward the arts with musical guests like the Bonnie Raitt, Black Eyed Peas, Franz Ferdinand, Modest Mouse, and Garbage. This year audiences can expect to see another round of big and small acts in addition to featured comedians, dancers, indie retail vendors, food and local art. Bumbershoot is a festival that celebrates diversity, offering concertgoers something new and exciting each year. The festival, which has continued to gain in popularity over the last thirty years, consistently entertains over 150,000 people. The concert is produced by One Reel, a non-profit arts organization in Washington.
